Our engineering team spent eight months perfecting the translucent flame effects that wrap around Ghost Rider’s skull and chain weapons. We injection-mold each flame piece in layered orange plastic, then apply white paint gradients by hand to simulate the supernatural heat intensity comic fans recognize instantly.
The 32-point articulation system includes double-jointed elbows and knees, allowing collectors to recreate classic vengeful stare poses or mid-chain-swing action shots. Ball-jointed hips and ankles give the figure stability even when posed with the heavy die-cast chain accessory fully extended. Wrist pegs accept both fisted hands and open-palm flame-conjuring hands, so you can display the Rider summoning hellfire or gripping his signature weapon.

We crafted the removable leather jacket from distressed faux-leather fabric that replicates the worn, road-battered look of Johnny Blaze’s signature garment. Metal studs on the shoulders and collar are individually applied, and the jacket’s interior lining features subtle flame-pattern printing visible only when removed.
Paint Application & Sculpting
Our head sculptor referenced over 200 comic panels to capture the hollow eye sockets and teeth structure that define Ghost Rider’s flaming skull. The gradient paint moves from deep orange at the base of the skull to near-white at the crown, with dry-brush weathering on the leather pants and boots to show wear from countless rides on the Hell Cycle.
Chain Accessory & Display Options
The 9-inch die-cast metal chain included with every CT Toys Ghost Rider weighs 1.2 ounces and features a weathered gunmetal finish applied through tumbling and chemical oxidation. We designed the chain with tiny individual links—each measuring 3mm—so it drapes naturally when posed in the figure’s hands or wrapped around the torso.
Collectors can display Ghost Rider on the included motorcycle stand, which features adjustable grip clamps compatible with our separately sold Hell Cycle vehicle accessory. The stand’s base includes a flame-pattern printed platform and adjustable height pegs, allowing vertical flame-swing poses or horizontal riding stances. The interchangeable moderate-flame and full-blaze head sculpts let you switch between Johnny Blaze’s moment of transformation and his fully unleashed Spirit of Vengeance form.

The figure includes a motorcycle display stand with adjustable clamps, but the actual Hell Cycle vehicle is sold separately as an accessory. The stand works on its own for vertical flame-swing poses or pairs with our Hell Cycle for riding display configurations.
