CT Toys Broly – Premium Collector Figure
Our CT Toys Broly captures the Legendary Super Saiyan in his most explosive form. Standing 12 inches tall with over 30 points of articulation, this figure replicates Broly's massive physique and seething energy aura through layered sculptwork and translucent effect parts.
We engineered every muscle group and armor plate to match the character's canonical proportions, from the broad shoulders to the signature wrist gauntlets. The figure ships with three interchangeable head sculpts—neutral, battle-scream, and full-power roar—so collectors can display the evolution of Broly's rage across iconic scenes.
Hand-painted gradients on the hair transition from black roots to bright green tips, while metallic accents on the belt and boot trim catch light from every angle. Swappable hands include fists, open palms, and energy-blast effects that slot into both wrists. The weighted base keeps even the most extreme action poses stable on any shelf.

Sculpt & Paint Detail
We commissioned lead sculptor Hiro Tanaka to study every anime frame and manga panel of Broly’s transformations before finalizing the master mold. The result is a figure that balances exaggerated musculature with anatomical believability—veins, tendons, and scar tissue are visible under magnification.
Paint application uses a six-layer process. Base skin tones are airbrushed first, followed by shadow washes in the muscle grooves, then dry-brush highlights on raised areas. The green hair employs a fade technique borrowed from automotive custom painting: black primer at the roots transitions through olive mid-tones to neon tips, all sealed under gloss clear coat.

Articulation Engineering
CT Toys Broly uses our Omega Joint System: ball-and-socket hips with extended range, butterfly joints in the shoulders, and a four-segment ab-crunch that allows forward bends without breaking the torso silhouette. Wrist pegs are keyed to prevent wobble when heavy effect parts are attached.
Knee and elbow joints are double-hinged, enabling full 180-degree bends for flying kicks or energy-charge poses. The ankle rockers tilt 25 degrees in every direction, critical for recreating Broly’s signature ground-pound landing stance.

Common Questions About the CT Toys Broly Figure
Yes, Broly uses a standard 3mm peg hole in his back, so most third-party Tamashii Stage or Bandai Action Base stands will fit. Our included base is designed specifically for his weight distribution, but collectors who already own universal stands can use those for variety.
The waist also has a secondary 5mm port on the rear that accepts larger clamp-style arms. If you're building a diorama with multiple figures, mixing stand types can help stagger heights for more dynamic compositions.
CT Toys uses strict 1:6 scale based on canonical character heights from the Daizenshuu guides. Broly stands exactly 12 inches because his in-universe height is approximately 7 feet in Legendary Super Saiyan form.
He will tower over our Goku and Vegeta figures (both 10.5 inches), which is screen-accurate. If you own figures from other brands marketed as '12-inch scale,' check their actual measurements—some manufacturers use 12 inches as an average rather than a strict ratio, leading to scale mismatches on the shelf.
Broly can stand unassisted in neutral stances—feet flat, arms at sides, slight forward lean. His die-cast hip and thigh joints provide enough counterweight for basic poses.
For action poses like kicks, punches, or flying stances, the support arm is essential. The aura effect parts add top-heavy weight that shifts the center of gravity. We've tested dozens of poses, and anything beyond a 15-degree lean from vertical needs the stand to prevent toppling. Short photography sessions without the stand are fine, but overnight display will stress the ankle joints if he's balancing on one foot.
The neutral face has a calm expression with slight eyebrow furrow—ideal for pre-transformation display or paired with our base-form Broly prototype (coming 2026). The battle-scream face shows gritted teeth and wide eyes, capturing mid-fight intensity. The full-power roar face is open-mouthed with sculpted throat detail visible, replicating the climactic power-up scene.
Each head has identical paint application but different interior neck socket depths to maintain proper height when swapped. The magnetic attachment is keyed, so heads only attach in the correct forward-facing orientation—you can't accidentally install one backwards.
Yes, we stock individual replacement hands, head sculpts, effect parts, and support arms through our online parts store. Joint pegs and small connectors are available in repair kits shipped free within the continental US.
If a joint breaks within the first year due to manufacturing defect (not wear from use), contact our support team with photos and your certificate number. We'll send a replacement torso or limb section at no charge. User damage—drops, forced bends, pet chewing—is not covered, but repair parts are sold at cost.
No, this is a figure-only product with no bundled media. The QR code on the box links to our pose tutorial gallery and a digital instruction manual, both accessible without purchase.
We partnered with Toei Animation for character likeness rights, but distribution of film content is handled separately by Funimation and Crunchyroll. The certificate of authenticity confirms this is officially licensed merchandise, which matters for resale value and quality assurance, but it doesn't grant access to streaming or downloads.
We're currently developing CT Toys Broly Super (the green-haired redesign from the 2018 film) for release in Q3 2025. That version will feature updated armor sculpt, different aura colors, and a calmer neutral face reflecting his character growth.
A base-form Broly with swappable chest piece to show the transformation scar is in early prototyping. We haven't announced a release window yet, but collectors who join our email list get early access to pre-orders and exclusive variant colorways.
