CT Toys Venom | Premium 1/6 Scale Marvel Collectible Figure
Our CT Toys Venom stands 14 inches tall, capturing every grotesque detail of the lethal protector in museum-grade polystone and high-quality PVC. Each figure features individually sculpted tendrils with internal wire armatures for dynamic posing, layered translucent resin for the signature dripping saliva effect, and hand-painted eyes that shift from white rage to an unsettling glow under UV light.
Designed for collectors who demand screen accuracy, this Venom incorporates reference scans from classic comic panels and modern cinematic interpretations. The base replicates a shattered New York City sidewalk with removable debris pieces, and the swap-out portraits let you display the classic wide-mouthed roar or the sinister half-Eddie-Brock transformation mid-merge. We’ve included magnets in the feet and base for secure, wobble-free display even with the heaviest tendril configurations extended.

Sculpting & Paint Application
Every CT Toys Venom leaves our studio with over thirty hours of hand-applied paint layers. The base coat uses matte black polystone to anchor the muscular anatomy, then we build up glossy highlights across the chest, shoulders, and thighs to mimic the wet-skin sheen Venom displays in peak rage. Subtle blue and purple undertones appear along the ribcage and neck, visible only when light hits at certain angles — a nod to the iridescent quality artists like Todd McFarlane and Mark Bagley rendered in ink.
The tendrils receive individual attention: each one is cast in flexible PVC over a poseable wire core, then airbrushed with gradient fades from deep black at the root to lighter charcoal at the tips. We’ve included six tendrils of varying thickness, and all attach via ball joints hidden under the shoulder blades and lower back. Saliva strands are molded in UV-reactive translucent resin, so under blacklight they glow a faint green-white, replicating the bioluminescent effect seen in symbiote lore.

Articulation & Posing Options
Collectors frequently ask whether a figure this detailed sacrifices poseability — our answer is the opposite. The CT Toys Venom uses a hybrid skeleton: a central polystone torso for weight and presence, with ball-jointed PVC limbs that rotate through 360 degrees at the shoulders and hips. Double-jointed elbows and knees let you recreate the low, predatory crouch Venom adopts before a pounce, or the full upright roar with arms spread wide.
Each hand is a separate piece secured by magnet, so swapping between fists, splayed claws, and the signature “we are Venom” pointing gesture takes seconds. The jaw on both head sculpts articulates independently — slide it down to reveal the full tongue extension, sculpted with every taste bud and vein visible. Tendril armatures hold their shape under the figure’s weight, and the magnetic base ensures stability even when you pose all six tendrils extended in different directions.
What’s Included in the Package
When your CT Toys Venom arrives, you’ll find the fully assembled figure with the classic full-symbiote head already attached, plus a second half-transformation portrait showing Eddie Brock’s jaw and one human eye emerging from the black mass. The package includes three pairs of hands, six poseable tendrils with attachment plugs, four translucent saliva strands of varying lengths, and a set of miniature debris pieces — a cracked manhole cover, a bent street sign, and scattered concrete chunks — all designed to nest into the diorama base.
We also pack a microfiber cloth for dusting the glossy surfaces, a small hex key for adjusting the internal armature tension if needed over time, and a numbered certificate of authenticity signed by our lead sculptor. The outer box features magnetic closure panels and a foam tray custom-cut to the figure’s profile, so you can store or transport Venom without risking paint rub on the high-contact areas like the shoulder joints and knuckles.

Common questions about the CT Toys Venom figure
The fully assembled figure weighs approximately 7.8 pounds due to the polystone torso and diorama base. The magnetic base is engineered to support this weight securely, and we’ve tested it with all six tendrils extended without tipping. If you’re planning a shelf display, ensure the surface can handle at least 10 pounds to account for the packaging weight during initial unboxing.
Yes. Each tendril has an internal wire armature rated for over 500 repositioning cycles. In our long-term testing, tendrils held extended poses for six months without sagging. If you live in a particularly warm climate above 80°F, the PVC may soften slightly — in that case, pose the tendrils in your desired configuration and let the figure acclimate for 24 hours. The wire will retain the shape even as the PVC cools.
The magnetic foot system is proprietary to our diorama base, but the feet also have standard peg holes on the soles. You can mount Venom on most third-party 1/6 acrylic or wooden bases using generic figure stands, though you’ll lose the magnetic stability. The included base footprint measures 11 inches by 8 inches, so it fits on standard IKEA Detolf shelves with about an inch of clearance on each side.
Use only the included microfiber cloth or any lint-free optical cleaning cloth. Wipe gently in straight lines rather than circles to avoid micro-swirls. For stubborn dust in crevices like the tendril roots or between the teeth, a soft-bristle makeup brush works well. Never use household cleaners, alcohol, or acetone — these will strip the gloss topcoat. Distilled water on a slightly damp cloth is safe for the translucent resin saliva pieces if they get fingerprints.
This edition is a numbered limited run of 1,500 units, and we do not reissue sold-out numbered collectibles to preserve value for early adopters. However, we may produce a variant with different accessories or paint scheme in the future. If you’re on the fence, we recommend securing your pre-order — our Carnage figure sold out within eight weeks of release, and aftermarket prices doubled within six months.
Not on the same figure body, since only one head attaches at a time via the neck ball joint. However, some collectors purchase a second generic 1/6 scale body or a simple neck stand to display the unused portrait alongside the figure. The neck peg is a standard 1/6 scale size, so it fits most third-party doll stands. We’ve seen creative setups where collectors mount the alternate head on a small pedestal next to the main figure as if mid-transformation is happening in real time.
The deluxe edition, now sold out, included an additional unmasked Eddie Brock portrait and a miniature Daily Bugle newspaper base insert. The standard edition — which is what’s currently available — comes with the two symbiote portraits, all accessories listed, and the shattered sidewalk base. Both editions share the same polystone body, articulation, and paint quality. The deluxe was limited to the first 100 numbered units.
